At Reeplay, we are committed to delivering irresistible Black and African entertainment with a seamless viewing experience. This Payments & Refund Policy explains how payments, charges, and refunds work across our platform.
1. Payment Methods
Reeplay accepts secure payments through:
Debit/Credit cards
Mobile money and bank transfers (varies by country)
Approved third-party payment processors
All prices are displayed in local currency or USD where applicable.
2. Content Access & Billing
Reeplay operates a pay-per-view model:
Free – Open access content with Ads
Premium (₦100 / $0.20 / GMD14) – One-time fee
Exclusive (₦300 / $0.50 / GMD25) – One-time fee
Once payment is confirmed, access to the selected content becomes available immediately and remains active for the stated viewing window.
3. Refund Eligibility
Payments on Reeplay are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
A. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice for the same content, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction into your wallet.
B. Technical Issues
Refunds may be granted if:
The video fails to play due to a platform error
You could not access purchased content within the viewing window and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue
(Refunds will not apply to issues caused by poor internet connectivity or device limitations.)
C. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe there was an unauthorized charge, we will investigate and issue a refund if confirmed.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
Completed or partially viewed content
Issues caused by unstable internet, outdated devices, or user error
Change of mind after payment
Expired viewing windows
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Include the transaction ID, screenshot of the charge, and a brief description of the issue
Refund reviews take 3–7 business days
If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method
6. Fraud Prevention
Reeplay reserves the right to:
Block accounts involved in fraudulent or excessive refund requests
Withhold refunds pending verification
7. Policy Updates
Reeplay may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
